Consumer

Ennis Citizens Information Centre provides information on many Consumer issues. These include legislation on consumer rights, hire purchase agreements, consumer credit, car loans and the Small Claims Court.

Common queries include faulty goods and services and bad credit ratings. We will assist clients with finding information regarding their rights as a consumer and we will also assist them in asserting these rights.

We have the services of personnel from the Office of the Director of Consumer Affairs who attend the centre on a regular basis to assist our clients with consumer problems.
