Ennis Citizens Information Centre provides information on a range of legal issues and services including the following:

• legal aid and the free legal aid service,
• family law,
• registration of births, deaths and marriages, and
• legislation governing equality and immigration including work visas.

We liase with relevant statutory and non-statutory bodies on behalf of our clients.

Common queries comprise maintenance orders, separation, family home, registration of non-marital children, land registration, passport application, wills and probate.

As well as providing advice and up-to-date information from our database, clients can also avail of the service of a solicitor who provides advice and information that is confidential and free. At present, solicitors provide evening consultations and members of the public are invited to make an appointment if they wish to avail of this service.
